Prior to hiring Mike I had contracted with a horrible contractor, that I was forced to fire for cause. Mike came recommended by another contractor I knew and he was able to provide a very reasonable quote for the bathroom remodel work and complete the job in a timely manner. We love the finished bathroom and mud room. Mike, also, advised on how to file a claim against my prior contractor. Mike was the best!!
After my renters left my condo unlivable, We had to start from scratch. Remove carpet, repaint ALL the walls, replace ALL the cabinets, plumbing and electric! I found Westside Construction, Michael provided a very detailed quote with suggestions. A condo is not the easiest to remodel, many restrictions and limitation. Final outcome was perfect! Mike and his team did an amazing job on our master bathroom remodel of about $45,000. He and his crew turned a dated 1960's bathroom into a modern spa like room. I was amazed how his workers made sure before leaving each day to clean up the room to the best of their ability. Mike made a promise to have the bathroom completed before an out of town guest arrived and he kept that promise. I would definitely use Westside Construction again for any future remodels or home repairs.
